I is for... Inside Little L's Nursery

With just five weeks and four days to go until our newest family member is due, and because I am nesting, I have already started to sort out L's nursery.

We will have L in our room in our Chicco Next 2 Me crib for at least the first three months, just as R was in her Moses basket for that time. Regardless of this fact, I have already got L's room in a liveable state; rather than a storage room as it was just a few weeks ago.

John always wanted to have a Winnie the Pooh themed room for our first child, but as we had a girl I insisted the room was pink! This time around, I surprise him by adding in some beautiful Winnie the Pooh themes around the room.

I have loved having R around to help me decorate by putting up wall stickers, and R has leant her little sister some of her soft toys so that L is not lonely!

We are fortunate that we had the space to keep the majority of R's items from when she was a little one. This means that we have a beautiful furniture suite; including a cot bed; wardrobe; and changing station. Tucked into her room L also has a toy box with various different toys that R has outgrown.

It may be a little while before she is even in the room, but when I walk into her nursery it makes me feel amazing, and makes the whole situation so real... I'm having a baby soon!
