Living Arrows 12/53 | Me Becoming Mum

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”

Kahlil Gibran

This past week I have been battling my anxiety and just when I thought I had made two steps forward I fell five steps back. I am gradually getting there though, one day at a time and my two girls are a massive part of how I am making it through. This week's Living Arrows post has a couple of my favourite photos from last week, although I didn't take as many as I usually would!

I have a new post up for the latest Britmums challenge, the brief of which was to write a letter to my first-time-parent self now that I've had another child. As the sponsor was Vicks BabyRub, I wanted a photo of the product and asked Squidgy to help. She got the giggles part way through and I got some amazing pictures, including this one.

Little L

My baby is no longer a little baby... suddenly she is all grown up. It's like I blinked and there she was, this little lady! Having been in our amazing Doona since birth it was finally time to take the plunge and go into the next size car seat, and it was bitter sweet for me! She does look super cute though, and she loves it which has made the transition so much easier!
