“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”
Many of you who follow me on social media may have noticed that we were on holiday last week. We had a fabulous time away as a family at my grandparent's caravan in the Lake District and although the weather was not as great as we would have liked it to be every day, we did have a few moments of dry weather to enjoy the scenery outside.
This included the day that we went to visit my uncle at his new home near Wigton just up the M6 from where we were staying. Not only does he have a stunning home there, but he and his family have a stunning six acres of woodland that we had a fabulous time exploring.
I will be doing a whole post dedicated to the time that we spent there for you to be able to have a proper look at their beautiful land, but for today's #LivingArrows post I have chosen one of my favourite photos from the day of Squidgy enjoying the bluebells we found in one corner of their woodland.
Bluebells have been an Instagram theme for Spring this year, with so many of my friends and fellow bloggers heading out to their local bluebell fields to take photos of them and their children within them. I have not managed to find one locally so it was lovely to see how much Squidgy enjoyed them when we visited Stocks Wood.
