Living Arrows 26/53 | Me Becoming Mum

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”

This weekend we celebrated John's cousin's wedding, and as always whenever there is a party there is always lots of photos of my girls having fun!

Squidgy absolutely loves seeing her cousin, and no matter the length of time between meetings they are always the best of friends (even if Abbie is a little pixie ring leader and leads her to the cheeky side sometimes!)

She is also a big fan of brides, I think most little girls love princesses... I know mine certainly do. Whenever Squidgy sees a bride she thinks they are basically a princess and falls in love.

Luckily Becky was just as much a fan of Squidgy being cute and wanting to spend time with her and did so throughout the day right up until almost midnight when they were still dancing together on the dance floor.

Pickle favourite part of any day is always food, and this wedding had no shortage of that! Discovering the ice cream van I think may have been her highlight though and she was so cute eating her way through the vanilla ice cream and come they gave her!

For once she even day in a high chair for more than five seconds before trying to climb out. Licking butter off the bread rolls and making all the family members on the table feed her throughout the meal seemed like a winning combination to her!

It wasn't all about the food though, and she enjoyed playing outside with all the games and stuff that was available whether her sister was with her or not!

This week we have our first full week of living in Watford so we will be out exploring what it has to offer, so I'm sure there will be lots of photos to share with you next week.

Psst... Did you see last week's #LivingArrows post? Check it out here.
