Living Arrows 39/52 | Me Becoming Mum

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”

Kahlil Gibran

Last week we had a good week for the most part, it was quiet, yet busy with a full week of school runs and full days for Squidgy who is still loving school and thriving there.

On Friday we popped into town after school to meet John from work and on the way round a bright colourful subway which Squidgy loved and demanded a photo in. It was so bright and a lovely thing to find and give a little bit of excitement to our journey!

For the first time ever I took Pickle to a baby and toddler group whilst her sister was in school. It's not something I've been able to do before as many do not allow older siblings to attend or ran over the pre school run time so it was a new experience for her and she loved it.  I was so proud of myself, especially as just a couple of months ago it would have made me panic, and I likely would have been unable to leave the house.

Psst... Did you see last week's #LivingArrows post? Check it out here.
