“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”
Today's post for Donna's Living Arrows linky has a couple of photos from our holiday last week. John had the week off and a couple of days into it we decided we fancied another trip to the same caravan park that we visited a couple of weeks ago.
Squidgy absolutely loves going on holiday. I think not having a normal routine, and knowing that daddy is not going to disappear off to work helps her enjoy holidays more than any of us. She is always so happy, although it often means that she gets used to late nights and special treats and wants the same when we return home!
I love seeing how Little L explores and learns new things every day, and being in a new environment seems to make her even more adventurous. She loved having her sister around, although at times they got on each others nerves, the majority of our time away they were inseparable. The only time I had my usual clingy baby was when she wanted milk, which is getting less and less during the day these days!
This was likely to be the last time that we go on holiday this year, apart from a couple of trips that we will make to see family and exchange Christmas gifts. It was a good last holiday to make, that is for sure!
