“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”
Last week my baby girl turned one, I have no idea how this year has passed so quickly. This week's post for Donna's #LivingArrows linky includes some photos from the day of Little L's first birthday (and a sneaky Christmas one too!)
For Little L's birthday treat we visited our local farm, Sacrewell, and it is somewhere that we all enjoy spending time. Being Christmas time they had gone all out with lights, Christmas trees and of course an elf on a shelf! The best part for Squidgy though (apart from the soft play!) was the table in the reception area with paper and colouring pencils!
After spending the day at Sacrewell Farm we came home to unwrap some birthday gifts and enjoy some family time. Little L was more interested in our pre-existing Christmas decorations however... especially my extendable-leg snowman who she loves to hug and carry around with her!
The day before Little L's birthday we made our annual trip to see Santa at Baytree Garden Centre's Winter Wonderland and visited Santa. The picture we got was gorgeous (even if Little L was so cross with me because she wanted her nappy changing) and both girls loved seeing the big man in red!
