Munchkin's Maternity Photoshoot | Pregnancy Memories
For Munchkin's maternity photoshoot, we decided that we would save the money we would pay a photographer for something we needed more, and take our own photos. To take them, we took a trip down to our favourite local lake; Bassenthwaite (I love living in Cumbria!)
The girls loved being involved with taking pictures for their baby brother. Both of them are so excited about his imminent arrival!
Of course I wanted to recreate some of our favourite shots from the girls’ photoshoots too; however the weather was against us so we had to stop. Which is a shame, especially as we ended up with just one of John and I together!
At some point we may try to take some more, but for now these are what we have, and I can't say I’m disappointed because they're lovely!
We have actually taken a fair few photos this time around, so we have got plenty of bump memories from Munchkin's pregnancy. I am glad we did a special photoshoot at 32 weeks though, to have the memories just like with the girls.
I love having all the memories from our pregnancies. A record to show them when they’re older and moments captured in time for us. Now it's just the countdown to our baby boy joining us in the world at last.
