When we had our first daughter, I breastfed. However I also expressed to allow my husband to feed her and give me a chance to have a rest every once in a while. Over time, the bottles became cloudy and began to smell, no matter how much I tried to clean and sterilise them. Getting them back out for the second time they still wouldn't come up clean, that is until now.

Until they learn to talk, crying is the only way that our babies know how to communicate. As a parent, you will learn the different cries that your baby makes. Eventually you will become a master of calming that wee one down. When a baby cries, there is always a reason; whether it is a cry for food or simply a need to be cuddled.

One of the biggest worries for me when I was preparing for having two small children around the house, was keeping bedtime routines the same. I knew that getting them into pyjamas, reading a bedtime story, having bedtime prayers and singing before they sleep were all things that I'd have no problem continuing once I had two children. However, I had no idea how I was going to safely bath two little humans on my own.
